In this online seminar, we will give you an overview of how the purchase price can be structured and how to best prepare for the negotiations.

This is because the purchase price for acquiring a company can be structured much more flexibly than that of a normal product. We will show you the key approaches to this in this seminar.

One thing is clear: you cannot determine the purchase price and all other conditions on your own, because you have to negotiate them with the seller. We will show you how to do this, what you should pay attention to, and what pitfalls there are.
