Seminar 1: Planning and structuring your start-up preparations
The preparatory phase of a start-up is often highly complex. Different tasks have to be dealt with in parallel, dependencies between individual steps become apparent, and decisions—for example, in negotiations with partners, service providers, or funding agencies—often have to be made step by step. Without a clear structure, this can quickly lead to overload or delays.
In this seminar, you will develop a systematic plan for your start-up project under expert guidance. Together, we will identify the key milestones of your start-up and arrange them in a logical sequence. Based on this, you will derive specific to-do lists, set priorities, and recognize the connections between individual tasks. The aim of the seminar is to provide you with a practical planning tool that offers guidance and enables you to approach the next steps of your start-up in a structured and realistic manner.
On March 12, we will continue with Milestones Part 2. This course provides the foundation and is a prerequisite for further participation.
This workshop will be held in German.
