In the second part of the market analysis, you will discover further advantages of your offer and analyze your competition. With the help of the SWOT approach, you will identify weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and risks. We will also calculate the market potential in a sample example. You will receive a checklist to help you fill in any gaps afterwards. Since we will be doing exercises together, it would be great if you could actively participate.
