For many founders, commercial planning is the first major hurdle. In this workshop, you will learn how to determine the annual turnover for both services and products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own financial plan step by step. Key terms such as gross profit, liquidity, viability, capital requirements, and break-even point will be explained using practical examples.
You will gain confidence in handling numbers, understand how different financial planning tools work together, and learn how to manage your business in a financially sound manner. We will also cover the key elements of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting, providing you with practical skills to make informed decisions. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be equipped with the tools to track your financial performance, make adjustments as needed, and ensure long-term business sustainability.
If you already have some experience, feel free to bring your plans and questions with you!
This workshop will be held in english.
