Turning a promising idea into a compelling message is a key skill for every founder. Whether you’re speaking to investors, future customers, or your own team, the way you communicate your concept can shape what happens next. But what makes a pitch persuasive, and how do you structure your message so it truly resonates?
In this hands-on workshop, you will develop and refine your own pitch with a clear focus on content structure and presentation. We will explore how to organize your key messages, convey confidence through body language, use your voice effectively, and develop a speaking style that leaves a lasting impression.
You are free to pitch in German or English, whichever best supports your message.
This workshop is organized in cooperation with Viadrina Gründungszentrum.

Julia-Toni Reiche ist zertifizierte Mediatorin, systemische Coachin, Trainerin und Gründerin des DialogWerk®. Als Sprechwissenschaftlerin (M.A.) arbeitet sie in den Bereichen Stimme, Sprecherziehung, Kommunikation, Präsentation und Konflikt. Neben ihrer freiberuflichen Tätigkeit ist sie in einer Gründungswerkstatt für junge Existenzgründer:innen in Potsdam tätig. In ihren Trainings legt Julia großen Wert auf praxisorientierte Übungen, denn aktives Ausprobieren ist für sie der Schlüssel zur nachhaltigen Veränderung des eigenen Kommunikationsverhaltens.
