From Research to Market, from Lab to Launch

Often projects do not move forward, and implementation of new ideas take too long. Clear distribution of tasks ensure best synergy of different activities, such as regulatory studies and scaling of production. This workshop gives an overview about the united needs of teams from laboratory, analytics, production, regulatory, business, and law to a product success. The following questions, for example, should be clarified:

• What exactly is my business/product idea?
• What are the specifications/quality requirements?
• Where is my market?
• Who are my customers?
• What is the unique selling point (USP)?
• What is the competition doing (benchmarking)?
• Do we need strategic or financial partners/investors?

During this workshop participants are led to insights independently. The most important "take-home message" - only in a team and with enthusiasm can you turn an idea from research into a business.
