Patents, trademarks, and designs offer you effective tools for this purpose, allowing you to specifically protect your technical solutions, your brand identity, or your name.

In this seminar, you’ll learn how to combine these tools effectively and develop a suitable IP strategy for your product or service. Our expert will show you what application requirements apply, which intellectual property rights are suitable for which projects, and how you can enforce your rights in the event of imitation.

You will also learn how to use large technical databases to research the state of the art—both for inspiration and to identify early on whether existing third-party intellectual property rights are affected, as well as how to avoid infringements.
