We must learn to lead AI – otherwise, it will lead us.

Leading AI means knowing what you’re delegating. Providing clear instructions instead of hoping for good results. And knowing what you’re responsible for.

In this workshop, you’ll develop four interconnected skills needed to ensure that your interactions with AI are effective, efficient, ethical, and secure.

You’ll learn how AI outputs are generated and why they can be wrong even though they sound convincing. Why bias arises and what that means for your decisions as a founder. How to align your use of AI with data protection principles. What modes of collaboration with AI exist. And how to brief AI so that the first output counts.

The workshop is interactive and hands-on. We work in a tool-agnostic manner; no prior technical knowledge is required.

This workshop will be held in German.

To conduct the online event, we will use the video conferencing tool of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. You can find information on data protection here: https://zoom.us/docs/en-us/privacy-and-legal.html. By participating in the event, you agree to this data processing.
