In this workshop, you’ll receive a structured and practical introduction to the fundamentals of market analysis and positioning. The focus is on the key questions for a successful market strategy: Who are your relevant target audiences? What does your competitive landscape look like? And how can you position your offering clearly, distinctively, and persuasively?

You will learn proven methods for systematically gathering and evaluating market and competitive information and translating it into well-founded marketing decisions. In the process, you will develop a clear understanding of how analytical insights are translated into concrete, actionable strategies.
