From Hypothesis to Target Audience: Customer Research in Practice

You have a business idea and want to get started right away. But do you really know who you’re building for and what drives your target audience?
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to systematically move from your initial hypothesis to real target audience insights. You’ll discover how to systematically test assumptions about your customers, develop meaningful customer interviews, and ask the right questions.
Working in small groups, you’ll tackle fictional business ideas head-on: You’ll develop hypotheses, create your own interview guide, and practice extracting relevant insights from interviews and other research methods.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the tools to conduct your first target audience analysis on your own.

The event will be conducted in English and is exclusively for FLINTA people. FLINTA stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people.

Tip: An account with ChatGPT or Claude can be helpful during the workshop.
