In this interactive workshop, you’ll develop innovative business ideas and a sustainable business model. Using creative methods, you’ll identify an offering that suits you, your team, and your customers—from defining the problem to formulating your first solution strategy.
You’ll evaluate your model from a sustainability perspective and assess its long-term viability. Through group work, feedback sessions, and practical exercises, you’ll gain concrete insights to help shape your startup and business plan.
Whether you’re refining an initial idea or honing an existing concept, this workshop will provide you with clarity, structure, and inspiration for your sustainable business.

Jörn Krug ist Diplom-Medienwissenschaftler und leitet den Gründungsservice der Filmuniversität Babelsberg. Seit 20 Jahren begleitet er Studierende, Alumni und Forschende von der Idee bis zum Markteintritt. Seine Schwerpunkte liegen in Unternehmensgründung, Innovation und Medienentwicklung. Er bietet praxisnahe Beratung, Workshops und Coachings mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle in der Kreativwirtschaft. Als Autor, Coach und Dozent verbindet er Theorie und Praxis für erfolgreiche Gründungen.
