Founding in a team

The majority of all start-ups are founded in a team. Founding a start-up with others brings many advantages, but also many challenges. Good teamwork is a key success factor and interpersonal problems are one of the most common causes of failure. However, founders often underestimate the relevance of their teamwork for entrepreneurial success.

But what can teams actively do to establish and maintain good collaboration?

The workshop sensitizes founders to the special team dynamics during a start-up project. It provides theoretical input and practical impulses for reflecting on personal start-up skills, team composition and development as well as team role clarification and typical conflict patterns. Participants gain a better understanding of their team's strengths and weaknesses in order to derive individual solutions for improved teamwork.
