Every day, you make decisions, juggle priorities, and build relationships—and in doing so, you’re actively shaping the future of your business. But have you ever asked yourself how consciously you use your own power, or how you deal with the power of others?

In this online workshop, Katja Dobbelstein takes you on a personal and practical journey exploring exactly this topic and shows you how to view yourself and your entrepreneurial journey.
Together with Katja, you’ll explore three areas where your influence becomes tangible:

1. My Attitude Toward Power
   It often starts within. What does power mean to you, and what story do you carry within you about it? What empowers you, and what holds you back? And how consciously are you already engaging with your own strength? This reflection is the first and most important step, because once you understand your own attitude, you can develop it in a targeted way.
2. My Power in Everyday Entrepreneurial Life
   Where does your influence manifest concretely in the day-to-day of your startup, and where does it remain untapped? How do you use your power strategically? What do you take on yourself, and where do you consciously delegate responsibility? What conditions are needed for you to truly operate at your full potential? You’ll develop a clear picture of how you can use your entrepreneurial freedom even more decisively.
