Together, we’ll analyze how you create value for your customers, what key resources you need, and how to develop revenue streams that align with your vision. We’ll place a special focus on sustainable, impact-driven business design that combines social or environmental goals with economic viability.

You’ll learn how to test different model variations, identify risks early on, and systematically validate your assumptions. By the end, you’ll walk away with a clearly defined, well-structured business model that you can build upon—whether you’re just getting started or looking to further refine your concept.
