BPW Call to Start

Before you upload your concept, we would like to get to know you and your project personally. In a brief, five-minute online meeting via Microsoft Teams, you will meet a team consisting of a member of the BPW team and a representative of one of our premium partners. Together, you will talk about you, your motivation and your business idea.

What can you expect from the BPW Call to Start?

• Duration and format: Approx. five minutes online via Microsoft Teams
• Meeting participants: A duo consisting of a member of the BPW team and one of our premium partners
• Key topics: Your motivation and intention to start a business, your entrepreneurial personality and your proposed solution
• Outcome: After successfully completing the meeting, your personal submission area will be activated, allowing you to submit your concept on time for the current competition phase.

Important information about participation

• Requirement: Participation in the BPW Call to Start is mandatory in order to take part in the competition. If you receive positive feedback during a BPW Call to Start, no further meeting will be required for subsequent phases.
• Booking an appointment: Please select a suitable appointment below. You will then receive an appointment confirmation, followed by the access details for the Microsoft Teams meeting in good time.
• Formal requirements: Please note that successfully completing the BPW Call to Start does not replace fulfilment of the BPW’s general formal minimum criteria and participation requirements.
