This seminar will give you insights on what a customer journeys is and how you can use this tool for your start-up project.

We will start with the basics of user-centricity, so that we all start from the same level of knowledge: Defining user groups, user research and personas. Afterwards, you will get impulses on how to develop a customer journey that systematically structures your customer insights and identifies how the solution you want to offer meets their needs.

During the seminar, you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned directly to your start-up project. If you are not currently working on a start-up project, you can use an example case for the practical exercises, which you will get to know during the seminar.

The seminar is organised in cooperation with the University of Potsdam, Potsdam Transfer.

Wanda von Bremen (The Morph Company)

Wanda von Bremen is a member of the Morph Company team specialized in visual communication and design. As a graduate from the d.school at the Hasso Plattner Institute, Wanda leverages her design thinking expertise to facilitate workshops and transformation processes aimed at solution finding and customer journey optimization. At present, she is involved in the Teufelsberg Transformation Lab, a participatory initiative designed to influence future policy-making through active engagement, which recently garnered recognition by winning the New European Bauhaus Prize.
