Learn to describe your unique value proposition so that your customers understand and want to buy your product.
From the founder's point of view, there is often a "hitch" in the comprehensible and "unique" product description. Why? Because we often look at it "from our side" instead of from the customer's side. In this interactive webinar (yes, you are asked ;-)) we look at both sides: WHO is the customer? And HOW do we create (added) value for our customers?
Please have your previous descriptions ready for this webinar and be prepared for an active interaction (with camera and microphone if you like). If we as a group understand it, your potential customers will understand it too. As a deepening to the USP we also dedicate ourselves to the Value Proposition Design.

Since 1994 I have been managing the branch of the German Guerrilla Marketing Group. I train and coach executives and employees, primarily in the areas of sales and marketing.
Especially topics like new customer acquisition, recommendation marketing and everything around sales communication, especially on the phone, are my main focus.
Since 2015 I have been working as a lecturer for marketing at the TH Wildau. Since 2009 I have been co-host of our popular marketing podcast "GuerrillaFM" and author of the book "New Guerrilla".
