The template may be used as strategic tool for developing new business models or check on already documented business models. It also can be used as creative tool to visualize and sharpen rough ideas.
In comparison to a traditional business plan, the canvas with its nine boxes lets you define them on one page. Participants have the chance to roughly design their canvas when guided step by step through the template.

Anett Lommatzsch (manus ordinans)
Anett Lommatzsch ist seit 2011 als Prozessbegleiterin in der nachhaltig orientierten Organisations- und Strategieentwicklung tätig. Hier fokussiert sie sich auf Change Management und Business Innovation für Gründungen und KMU. Sie ist eine HU Alumna und hat einen Magister in Anglistik/Amerikanistik, Politikwissenschaften und Soziologie erworben. Durch ihre Ausbildungen im ergebnisorientierten Coaching (abf e.V.) und als Train-the-Trainer (IHK Berlin) als auch im Management (TÜV Nord Akademie) und in agilen Arbeitsweisen wie Design Thinking (HPI) und Lego® Serious® Play kombiniert sie verschiedene Ansätze bedarfsgerecht im Prozess.

Anett Lommatzsch has been working as a facilitator in sustainable organizational and strategic development since 2011. Here she focuses on change management and business innovation for start-ups and SMEs. She is an HU alumna and holds a master's degree in English/American Studies, Political Science and Sociology. Through her qualifications in results-oriented coaching (abf e.V.) and as a train-the-trainer (IHK Berlin) as well as in management (TÜV Nord Akademie) and in agile working methods such as Design Thinking (HPI) and Lego® Serious® Play, she combines different approaches in the process as required.
